Our accommodation

The pleasure of staying in an old 18th-century barn that has been carefully and sustainably renovated, whilst respecting the architecture and style of the past.

The luxury of enjoying a fantastic view across the entire plain and the Pre-Alps, stretching as far as Venice and the Adriatic Sea, whilst immersed in the tranquillity of the Treviso hills.

The privilege of ‘switching off’ and spending a few days away from the stress and chaos of city life, treating yourself to some fine dining at one of the local restaurants.

All our accommodation units come with free private parking, a private entrance and electric car charging facilities.

When staying with us, you can also choose to hire mountain bikes or e-bikes to enjoy the natural and cultural beauty of the surrounding area in an eco-friendly way.

Finally, all accommodation is fitted with air conditioning and mosquito nets, so you can make the most of your holiday even during hot and humid summers,

knowing that the energy you use will be generated by the solar panels on the roof, together with the battery storage system.

PININ Accommodation

Comfortable accommodation for two people, comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen (induction hob and fridge) and a television. It features a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It also includes a lovely covered veranda, with a small table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast or meals al fresco surrounded by greenery. The accommodation has a separate entrance and a free parking space, with charging facilities for electric cars.

VODNIK Accomodation

A splendid two-storey property, designed to accommodate up to six people, comprising on the ground floor a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, television) with a sofa bed; and on the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a Smart TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and, finally, a charming habitable mezzanine with a French-style double bed. The flat also features a magnificent open-air terrace, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of Borgo Val and the entire plain, which, on the clearest days, stretches as far as Venice and the Euganean Hills. The view is also magnificent from the bedroom on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Treviso Pre-Alps, the UNESCO Prosecco Hills and Vittorio Veneto. The accommodation has a separate entrance and a free parking space.

The whole CA' SVERIO House

For groups or large families, it is possible to rent the entire Ca’ Sverio house, as a sliding door, when open, connects the two flats, Pinin and Vodnik. This allows us to accommodate up to eight people, who can enjoy both the ground floor and the first floor, along with the garden and terrace.
